FAQ's
What are the payment options?
We require a $350 non-refundable retainer to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the contracted event date. In the case that your event is scheduled sooner than 30 days we require the balance to be paid in full at the agreement signing. Payments can be made by cash or credit card via paypal.
How far in advance should I book the Photo Booth?
As soon as you have made your decision to have a photo booth we recommend getting it booked. Photo booths are limited in availability and book quickly. With that being said, even if your event is coming soon you can still call for availability.
What is "idle" time?
There may be a time in your evening when the guests will be participating in other activities such as dinner. During this time we can go “idle” so that you are not using your rental time. During this idle time the photo booth will not be operational. Idle time is $50.00 per hour.
How much time do you need to setup?
Set up takes about 45 minutes. We prefer to arrive at least 90 minutes before the event starts to get evertything just right.
Do I need a guest book?
Getting a guest book is your choice and it is an option that we highly recommend. This is a book of all the photos that you will keep forever with personal sayings from your family and friends. Years from now you will look back at these photos and remember how much fun your guests had at your event.
Are we charged for setup/breakdown time?
No. There is no fee for the time before or after your rental for the setup or breakdown of the photo booth.
What are your requirements at the location?
Our requirements are very simple. We need an area that will fit our 5 ft wide and 6 ft deep photo booth, an electrical outlet within 10 feet, 2 chairs and a 6 foot table for our printer, props and guest book service (if contracted).
Is your Photo Booth up to fire code?
Yes, we use flame retardant drapery.
What if my time with you expires during my event and I decide I want to keep the rental going?
No problem! The additional hour(s) of Photo booth rental can be provided at $150 per hour and must be paid before the time is added.
Is there Sales tax?
Yes, our Photo Booth rental service is subject to local sales tax.
